Cadence, 2 weeks old

I love squishy, cuddly, warm and fuzzy new babies! Cadence was a perfect model, she slept through our entire shoot and had some nice cuddles with her Mom. I am so happy to have met you, baby girl!

The Blaske Family

Full of fun and great ideas, this family (including exchange student Martin) was a joy! I photographed Teague at just a few weeks old this summer, I can't believe how much he has changed! Such a doll!

A big celebration

It's Kegan's first birthday! I was so excited and felt very blessed to be a part of this celebration. The family was so sweet, especially since I had to debut my new assistant (baby Hazel). Thankfully she napped in her sling so we could get some fun shots of Kegan and his family on this party day!

This couple was so precious, I enjoyed every moment photographing them. In these final weeks before their wedding, they were calm, playful and full of fun. As ballroom dancers, we tried to capture them in fun poses- sneak peeks of their first dance as husband and wife! Many blessings to you both as you enter this new adventure together!

Maternity & a 3 year old

My friend Becca was put on bed rest for the remaining weeks of her pregnancy... and just days before our scheduled maternity shoot! But not to fear! Her bed made a beautiful, peaceful place to do some beautiful photos of her belly. We did do about 2 minutes of standing to showcase her pretty new dress that she, unfortunately, won't be able to wear (shhhh!).
We were also documenting Dax's 3rd birthday. He and I spent some fun one-on-one time in the backyard- he is head over heels for trains and lawn mowers, so we had to include them in the shoot!

Bellamy Yant

Sweet, precious newborn babies. They are such a reminder of God's love for us! Here is little Bellamy, 20 hours old.

The Young Family

Sisters! I love photographing siblings, and these 2 sisters are no exception. Big sis is quite loving, but also beginning to exert her 2 yr old independence- love it! We had fun sinking our toes in the grass at the Sunken Gardens, spying on the fish and even catching a glimpse of a snake!

The very first time I photographed this family, Addy was 1! These photos were done for her 3rd birthday, plus we needed pictures of new baby sister! I love that I have been able to document this family's growth over the last 2 years and feel very blessed that they keep asking me to do so!

The Pearson Family

One of the best parts of my job is getting to know new clients! Mary is in my MOPs group, but we've never had much of a chance to really visit. I had a blast getting to know her and her family even better. Little Hannah had just turned 1, so this shoot was mostly for her, but we threw in some fun family shots as well.

Aubrie's First Birthday Party

Oh what fun to see little ones go after their birthday cake for the first time! Aubrie was darling, and such a trooper. She didn't let the camera stop her from having a great day!

The dynamics of families are always so much fun to photograph. I had the great opportunity to spend some time with 6 groups, making 1 very large family. The personalities that emerged were a joy to capture and I feel very honored to have spent this time getting to know you all in this way.

Baby Teague- 3 weeks old

This sweet little man knew how to pose and work the camera! He was so easy going! It was fun to spend the afternoon with your family- even though it was a bittersweet day with Felix leaving, I hope we were able to capture many happy memories! Many blessings to you!

My sister is pregnant with twins! I was so excited to be able to take her photos while we were in Texas... and of course, Katie's cute nephew made a couple of photos as well. We can't wait to meet these two little guys! Love you, sister!

This gorgeous lady has been married for 5 months, yet, as a new army wife, she has been without her hubby for just over 3 months. As a surprise to him, we took some fun portraits in her gown (it was much too cold and rainy on her wedding day!).
