Senior photos are a blast, and an opportunity I don't often get since I'm typically booked solid with family sessions and kiddo portraits. This was a session I had donated to an auction last year and am so thankful for this amazing family! This young lady was kind, respectful, generous, loving towards her mother, yet still a teenager who wanted to have fun, show some sass and stay true to herself! Congrats on your upcoming graduation! Class of '13!

One of my favorite ladies, Joyce is a sweet friend full of loving advice, wisdom and encouragement. She will always hold a special place in my heart as she was our (very!) last minute Doula when my third baby was born. She is the epitome of grace and kindness, and her family follows suit.

I've actually been doing photos lately, but just haven't had the time to update the blog! I've done Senior Pictures, Family Pictures, children..... fun! Today, though, my husband has the children out of town so I am actually able to post a sneak peak!!

Thank you, to this precious family, for letting me spend the afternoon with you! Everyone was amazing! The kids were gorgeous and kind and such great listeners!

Are you ready..

Fall is coming... Do you know what that means? Cooler temps, Husker football, pumpkins, apples AND the fifth year of Megan O Photography AND the third annual Meet Me At The Park! Are you ready!?!

This year, on Saturday Octber 13th ( a bye week for all of you Husker fans! I was looking out for you!) I will be hosting my 3rd annual park sessions at Pioneers Park! Here are the details:

- there will be ten, 25min time slots available
- slots are $65
- photo shoots include up to 6 family members. Larger groups will need to either book 2 consecutive sessions or consider a large group photo shoot separate from Meet Me At The Park
- price includes a CD with a minimum of 25 edited images and a copyright release to make your own prints
-payment is due at the session
- CDs can be picked up from my house and are usually ready within 2 weeks of he session date
-you will meet me by the "water fowl" dock on the East side of the park, please plan to arrive 5-10 min prior to your session time so we can ensure a timely flow of sessions!

In addition, to celebrate the fifth year of Megan O Photography, I will be giving away a free, full priced photoshoot good for 2013 (a value of $110)! This is good for new and existing clients and can also be gifted to someone.

A while back, I donated a photo shoot to a raffle! Unfortunately, the original recipient couldn't do the shoot, but she graciously gave it to her sister! It was fun to meet a new family as well as discover something about this park I so dearly love that I never knew before... a lake!!

The kind that would snow-blow your driveway because they know you have your hands full with 4 monkeys children, watch your house while you're away and bring you a bottle of wine from a vineyard they visited just because they thought you would enjoy it.
